Sausage, Mustard Mash with Red Onion Gravy

Sausages and Mash is a real family favourite. By adding a few simple twists, such as mustard mash and red onion gravy, it becomes a almost like a new meal with new and interesting flavours. Cheesy mash and pesto mash are also delicious with sausages.

Good quality sausages are a must. Don't be tempted to save a few pennies and get the cheaper ones, they are cheap for a reason.

I like to serve my sausage and mash green vegetables like peas, cabbage or green beans.
