Fruit Ice Lollies {Healthy Ice Lollies Made with Pure Fruit}

These healthy homemade fruit ice lollies are easy to make and absolutely delicious. They're also a great way to use up fresh fruit or berries which are slightly past their best. Tinned fruit also works well in place of fresh.

All you need is a lolly mould which you can purchase cheaply from any supermarket - I got mine from Ikea. You also need something to blend your fruit with like a hand blender or food processor.

  • Time: 10 mins prep + freezing time

  • Makes: 6-8 lollies

  • Calories: 52 per serving (based on 6 lollies)

Ingredients:

  • 400g strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/mango/peaches, washed and hulled/stoned/skins removed

  • 50g caster sugar (or to taste - depending on how tart the fruit is - you might not need any)

  • 100ml water

Method:

  1. Blend the fruit and water using a blender or food processor. Taste to check sweetness and add sugar accordingly.

  2. Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and freeze until solid. Use any leftover mixture to make fruit ice-cubes to add to drinks.
